• Round-trip economy class airfare from Minneapolis/St. Paul via Icelandair or other ARC/IATA approved scheduled carrier.

• Fourteen nights accommodation in first, moderate first and superior first class hotels, double occupancy, with private facilities. Hotels as listed or similar.

• Scandinavian buffet breakfast daily, one lunch and 12 dinners as outlined in the itinerary. Dinners consist of three courses or special evening buffet, most of them including coffee or tea.

• Transfers and transportation by deluxe, air-ventilated motor coach. All ship and ferry passage included.

• Extensive sightseeing throughout; entrance fees included.

• Three-hour, locally guided city tours in Oslo, Røros, Trondheim and Bergen.

• An experienced English-speaking guide from arrival in Oslo through departure from Bergen.

• Luggage handling of one piece per per-son.

• Gratuities to drivers and local guides. (For your convenience, $36 per person has been included.)

• Airport/foreign departure taxes (currently $85 per person).

• Passport fees. A passport valid six months beyond date of reentry to the U.S. is required.

• No visa is required for U.S. citizens; non-U.S. citizens may require a visa.

• Optional insurance for health, baggage and trip cancellation/interruption is not included but is highly recommended. GTD offers a competitive policy from an independent company.


• PAYMENT SCHEDULE: A deposit of $300 per person is required with reservation. Space is limited and early reservations are encouraged to secure your place. Final payment is due April 9, 2001.

• REFUND POLICY: All cancellations must be in writing. There is no refund for partial or unused land arrangements. Note: Airline tickets will be issued well in advance of departure and may be non-refundable. The following penalties will apply: Up to April 8, 2001 - $75 per person handling fee plus any unrecoverable deposits; April 9-June 6, 2001 - Deposit plus any unrecoverable payments to hotels, tour operators or airlines; June 7, 2001 or after - No refund.

• SPECIAL ARRANGEMENTS: Any passenger requesting special arrangements beyond the scheduled program must do so in writing and will be charged a $50 per person change fee. Payment must be submitted with the request. This fee does not cover any additional airline or ground service charges.

• LATE BOOKINGS: Passengers registering within 30 days of departure will be charged a $50 per person fee. Payment in full is required before we can request and confirm space. This fee does not cover any additional airline or ground service.
